Weather is often unstable in the Midwest, please be attentive and use extreme caution when traveling. If flooding or other weather conditions force the Community Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) to close, these notices will be posted on this website (www.siouxfalls.va.gov). Phone messages at the medical center and CBOCs will also provide the latest updates. Also tune in to your local radio and t.v. stations for closure information.
If you are having a medical or mental health emergency, please call 911 or report to the nearest hospital. If you are having thoughts of harming yourself, please call the VA Veterans Crisis Hotline at 1-800-273-8255. For all other issues, please call the Sioux Falls VA Medical Center at 1-800-316-8387. After clinic hours, during evenings, nights, Federal holidays and 24 hours a day on weekends, call the toll free Nurse VA Advice Line at 1-866-687-7382.
Outpatient clinic closures, late starts, and early closings will be posted on this site for your reference.
