Welcome Women Veterans!

VA launches call center to increase outreach to women VetsWomen who have served in the armed forces are eligible for a wide variety of benefits and services from VA. However, many women don’t even consider themselves Veterans! To receive health care benefits, one did not have to serve in combat, serve overseas, or be disabled due to military service. Receiving VA health care does not prevent Veterans from seeing non-VA health care providers. Veterans have many choices available.
The first step is to enroll. Please consider doing so today. Veterans can apply for VA health care enrollment by completing VA Form 10-10EZ. Apply online, or visit, call, or write our Eligibility Office. You can also call the VA Health Benefits Call Center toll free at 877.222.VETS (877-222-8387). You are encouraged to read more about VA health care eligibility and enrollment.
VA recognizes the unique needs of women Veterans. We provide a full continuum
of comprehensive care in a secure environment to ensure privacy, dignity, and respect.
Women proudly served and are deserving of the best health care anywhere.
